Installation Note 57071: The MicroKernelConfig.xml EnableCompiledCalcs property should always be enabled

The SAS Merchandise Planning 6.5: Installation and Configuration Guide states that the MicroKernelConfig.xml EnableCompiledCalcs property is disabled by default. However, this parameter should not be considered configurable and it should always be enabled (value of 1).
